Shipping, Return, Refund, Exchange Policies
Please allow 1-3 business days for regular orders to ship out from our facility.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for special request orders to arrive. Specialty items need to be hand done and are not kept in stock.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it if it is in original condition and with tags attached. All items must be unworn and unwashed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special order items are final sale.
Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
All returns are shipped back at the buyer's expense. Return of funds will not be issued until the products have been received(see REFUNDS section below for further detail).
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days(duration depends on the creditor).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, we will try our best to accommodate you. Please be mindful to try on your products at point of purchase. Special order items cannot be exchanged.
Hair accessories will not be eligible for return or exchange for hygienic reasons
PurpleFish works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
